This blog has been created with the primary purpose of being in contact with all the members of this discourse community (all the ones that are attending English for Academic Purposes-2011)so as to share ideas and interests, interchange thoughts and create a bond among all of us, which will allow us to accomplish all the goals we have set out and, above all, make our voices heard.I suggest taking advantage of this powerful tool in order to discover new ideas and sharpen our writing and thinking skills.

ResponderEliminarWelcome to the world of blogs! Why not including your photo? BTW, remember that the idea of including blogs is to go beyond the class. So, your audience is wider. That is, if someone else visits your blog, he/she may not know what community you are referring to. ;) Keep on working hard!

Yes, I wanted to include a photo but I tried and tried and I couldn't but I promise I will include one as soon as I defeat technology.

Great! You've included a photo! Well done lady! THe Welcome message is ok. But add a more general intro (under the title) and remember that there is a wide audience outside the campus. Online readers may not know what discourse community means or if they are part of your discourse community! ;)
